The Academy believes strongly in student support. Help and advice is available to find the right accommodation and advise on personal problems.
A counselling service is available to students.
Counselling will also be given to final year students on how to seek employment once they have achieved their ISTD qualification.

NAPA has clear documented policies on all such issues as Health & Safety, Codes of Conduct and Equal Opportunities. Printed copies of these are available on request.
Healthy options food is prepared and served at lunchtimes and early evening in our own cafe bar.
It is recommended by the Academy that all students register with a local doctor upon commencement of the course.
The academy qualifies for students working towards Level 3 to obtain EMA (Education Maintenance Allowance).
