OPEN AUDITIONS – CALAMITY JANE
The Northern Academy of Performing Arts is offering young performers an amazing opportunity to perform the classic Calamity Jane at Hull Truck Theatre in July 2024. You do not have to be a student of NAPA to audition for the show.
Audition Prep
A group sing through of all the vocal selections with the Musical Director will be held before the auditions on Thursday 30th November 5.30pm-6.30pm.
(Acting selections will be handed out at the sing through.)
Auditions
Saturday 2nd December 2023 at 1pm
Ages 13-25 yrs

- 1.00pm – 2.00pm – Mandatory Dance Call – Please wear appropriate clothing
- 2.00pm onwards – Solo Auditions – auditionees may leave after vocal audition

Rehearsals:
The rehearsals will be on Thursdays – 5.30pm-7.30pm, costing £7.00 per lesson.
Starting Thursday 11th January 2023 – (Additional rehearsals may be scheduled with prior notice.) Please only audition if you are available at this time.
There is also a production fee for all cast members of £60 to cover production costs including costumes.
Show Week: Week commencing Monday 15th July 2024.
