Enrolling for classes

To enrol, choose classes and pay you can use our Parent Pay Portal.

Our system is a lot easier to use on a laptop or desktop computer than a mobile.

CREATE AN ACCOUNT: (if you already have an account with us, please skip to “Browse Classes” below)

  1. Go to napaclasses.co.uk
  2. Click “Sign in/Register” on the top right of the screen, or on a mobile or table press the three lines to the top right
  3. Fill in all of your details to set up your account (these are the parent’s details not the child’s)
  4. Click NEXT and fill in your child’s details including emergency contacts etc.
  5. Click NEXT or “Add Another Participant” at the bottom of the page
  6. Click REGISTER when done

Then, browse our classes:

  1. Click EVENT SEARCH at the top right
  2. Under ACTIVITY, choose DANCE, MUSICAL THEATRE & ACTING
  3. If you know the name of the class, ie “Ballet” type that in the EVENT NAME box
  4. Tip: you can also type the day of the week, ie “THU” or “FRI” in the search box
  5. Click SEARCH
  6. When you find a class you’d like to book onto – click on MORE INFORMATION
  7. Click BOOK NOW to enrol onto this class
  8. Click next to the name of the child you’d like to add
  9. Click the circle next to the price for the term and then ADD TO BOOKING CART
  10. You can repeat this to add more classes if you like then click CHECKOUT.

Next, pay for your classes or arrange payment:

With our system you can pay for your classes all in one go, or set up a payment plan (Register your Credit/Debit card to be charged) to pay in instalments.

Remember, you don’t have to pay for the full term in one go if you can’t. You can select payment plan which will divide your payments into instalments with the first payment being payable upon booking.

When you’ve pressed CHECKOUT you’ll see a box entitled “Payment”– Here you can choose to either pay in full, or enter into a payment plan.
